Super Turnout at Boys’ Football Blitz in Bray
A Boys Allianz Football Participation Blitz for 5th and 6th class took place on Thursday 26th September in Bray Emmets GAA Club. Despite the weather forecast looking ominous the day went off without a hitch, with some fine skills on show. Thanks to all involved, particularly Bray Emmets for the use of their grounds, Dave Barry for setting up the pitches and the TY students who refereed. Schools represented included St. Laurence’s, St. Cronan’s, Kilmac, Gaelscoil na gCloch Liath, St. Pat’s, Gaelscoil Chill Mhantáin, Gaelscoil Uí Chéadaigh, St. Kevin’s, Greystones Educate Together, Nun’s Cross, Holy Rosary, St. Fergal’s, Ashford, Newtown, St. Peter’s, Ravenswell, Greystones Community National School, Wicklow Educate Together, St. Brigid’s, and St. Coen’s.
