Credit Union Cup Hurling Blitz

The Credit Union Cup hurling blitz took place on Bray Emmet’s grounds on Wednesday May 22nd. Eight teams took part: Kilcoole Primary School, Glenealy, St. Cronan’s, St. Patrick’s Wicklow, St. Brigid’s Greystones, St. Kevin’s Greystones, Newtown and Rathdrum.

All the games were really closely contested with St. Patrick’s and St. Kevin’s emerging as the top two teams. These teams played off in the final. It was a great game with St. Patrick’s eventually edging out St. Kevins.

In all games the standard of skill and sportsmanship was very high. Maith sibh.
