Successful O’Kelly Cup

The Allianz Cumann na mBunscol O’Kelly Cup Girls’ football blitz was held in Loughlinstown Lesiure Centre on Thursday January 30^th. This blitz promotes participation and fun for all. There was a huge turnout with all three courts packed to capacity with four teams playing on each! The games were highly competitive keeping the referees on their toes!! Well done to Roundwood, Newtown-Mountkennedy, St.Kevins Greystones Kilmacanogue N.S. Kilcoole P.S. Moneystown and St Brigids Greystones on taking part. Some schools even entered two teams!! A huge thank you to the teachers who refereed and took photographs on the day! The next girls football blitz will take place in early May.
