West Wicklow Fun Skill Development Girls Blitz

There was a great turn out for the annual Girls Fun Skill Development Blitz that took place in two venues for all the schools in West Wicklow last week. Baltinglass, Dunlavin, Hacketstown, Donard, Valleymount, Kilbride, Gaelscoil na Lochanna, Stratford, Talbotstown and Knockananna National Schools all took part over the 2 days and there was great skill and effort shown by all teams. The aim of the blitz was full participation and skill development with all players taking part on the day. Certain conditions and games were modified to test and to develop the players skill development over the two days. Many thanks to Hacketstown National School and Dunlavin CC for the use of their halls.
