Good Turn Out at Camogie Participation Blitz
There was an Allianz Camogie Blitz on February 7th in Ballinakill Centre of Excellence. It was a cold day but the girls responded with enthusiasm and gave each game their all. The focus of this blitz was on participation and giving as many girls as possible the experience of playing camogie, regardless of experience. It was a nine-a-side blitz, with full rules and no age limit. The schools in attendance were Aughrim, Avoca, Templerainey, Carnew and Kilcoole. Well done to all who participated and thanks to Breda Donnelly for all her hard work in making the day such a success.
