National Awards this weekend – Best of luck Wicklow!

The Garden County has been shortlisted for two categories in the Cornmarket Cumann na mBunscol National Awards.  Allianz Cumann na mBunscol Chill Mhantáin has been shortlisted in the Public Relations Category and both Scoil Chualann, Bray and Kilcoole Primary School have both been nominated in the School of the Year category.  The Cornmarket Cumann na mBunscol Awards will take place in the Newpark Hotel, Kilkenny on Friday March 9th. Brian Cody will be the guest speaker on the night.  The final results will be announced on the night and we wish all involved the very best of luck and we hope that good news will be coming to Wicklow.  To be nominated for such awards in this countrywide competition is a huge honour and is testament to the wonderful work being done in the county to promote Gaelic games and culture.  We wish all involved the very best of luck!
