Upcoming Allianz Camogie League Day
The first Allianz Camogie League blitz of the year will take place on Thursday 3rd October, at 11.45, at the Bray Emmets ground. The focus of the blitz is on participation and giving as many girls as possible a chance to play camogie, regardless of experience. The games are nine a side, no age limit, goals only, no goalkeeper. Please feel free to send more than one team but let us know when you reply the age group of the team so fixtures can be set accordingly; and also if the teams are made up of club players or school-only players so that this can be taken into consideration for fixture setting as well. Please let Ciara Fagan, Camogie Officer, know by Monday 29th September if you are attending and how many teams you will bring, including the age range and experience level of the teams. There are girls from 3rd to 6th interested so hopefully we can have a good age range. Team Mentors may be called upon to referee matches if needed on the day.
