3rd and 4th Class Girls Show Great Skills

On Thursday 17th October, Cumann na mBunscol hosted an Allianz 3rd/4th Class Girls Football Participation Blitz in Bray Emmets GAA Club. Scoil Chualann, Kilmacanogue NS, Moneystown, Kilcoole 1&2, St Laurences 1 & 2, St Coens 1& 2, Gaelscoil Uí Chéadaigh 1 & 2, St Fergals, Ashford 1 & 2 and Gaelscoil Clocha Liatha 1& 2 took part in a wonderful day of football. There were great examples of team work, excellent high fielding and impressive score taking by the girls. It was great to see over 180 girls playing Gaelic Football in the one location and enjoying themselves. A special mention to our young whistlers who refereed some of the matches and did a great job. Well done to all!
