A Taste of Hurling and Camogie

2nd and 3rd class boys and girls had a brilliant time on Thursday 6th February at the Allianz Cumann na mBunscol indoor hurling and camogie blitz which took place in Shoreline, Greystones. Children from St Patricks, Wicklow town; St Cronan’s, Bray and Greystones Educate Together came together and had two hours of non-stop games. This was the first blitz a lot of the 2nd class children have been to and will have encouraged them nicely for their future years of Allianz Cumann na mBunscol blitzes! A big thank you to the schools and parent helpers for supporting the blitz and to the Young Whistler's who had their first outing as referees, they did a wonderful job! The next blitz will take place on Thursday 13th February.
