Calling all Camógs...Allianz 5th and 6th Class Camogie Participation Day (North/East)

The Allianz Camogie blitz for 5^th & 6^th classes this year will take place on Thursday 26^th May at 11.45am, in Bray Emmets GAA Club. The focus of the blitz is on participation and giving as many girls as possible a chance to play camogie, regardless of experience. 

Matches will be 9 a-side but can be adjusted depending on the numbers of both teams.

Please let Emer Fahy and Ciara Fagan (Camogie Officers) know via email or text message (086 1089516) by Tuesday 24^th May if your school will be in attendance and, if so, how many teams you will be sending.  Also let them know if teams are made up of club players or school-only players or give them a rough indication of standard of your team so that it can be taken into consideration for setting fixtures for this participation blitz. Exact details and fixtures will be sent the day before the blitz once they have all the teams that are participating.  

*Team mentors may be needed to referee some games. 

If there is enough interest from schools in the South & West of the county, we can make alternative arrangements to hold a blitz on the same date closer to your location.
