Super Day of Camogie in Roundwood

On Thursday 19th January, 3rd and 4th class girls displayed their brilliant camogie skills and talent in the Indoor Camogie Participation Blitz in Roundwood. There was a superb turn out from each of the six schools that took part including, Kilcoole Primary School, St. Pat’s Wicklow, St. Peter’s, St. Fergals, St. Brigids and St. Laurence O’Tooles.
Each team played three fast paced matches. The girls had a fantastic opportunity to practise their skills in a non-competitive environment which encouraged a positive experience for all players while also focusing on teamwork and sportsmanship. Every player had a chance to show off their skills and talent which made the day even more enjoyable.
